How
do I report an accident or injury on Campus?
Immediately
report all accidents or injuries to your immediate supervisor. For accidents
involving vehicle damage, report the incident to the UAPD at 575-2222
and then to your immediate supervisor.

Maksudur
Sarder, our Radiation Safety Officer, should be contacted
about radiation safety issues because the policies and practices regarding
license, procurement and use of radioactive materials, and sources of
ionizing radiation is vested in this department.
